This one is destroying demonology's damage by a ton, because Doom will never do damage if you use Hand of Gul'dan multiple times on the target to spawn Wild Imps.

It should apply Doom only if that talent is present, also if you have Hand of Doom active it should refresh Doom :/

You don't get it, do you? What's the point of Doom's damage then? If it is refreshed? On our server it doesn't do damage, you just refresh it 1000000000x times with Hand of Gul'dan just to have an active dot that doesn't do anything.

Well I remember that, if you apply Doom and for example it passes 10 seconds then you refresh it, the next doom should tick in 10 seconds, not 20 or whatever is the tooltip.

Relogged 5x times and it now works exactly as you said. It didn't, before. I had a common problem with Grimoire of Synergy too. Close it.
