Okey I remove read only from data folder. Deleted 3x x64, set WoW to run with windows 7 and still got 132 error about wow.exe after I launch the game. I can't even get to the login screen.
Something I noticed is that even If i remove read option from data and apply it, next time I open it read option is checked....
windows 10 pro x64

If you open wow.exe instead of launcher_freakz.exe you still get the same error?

Hm, strange. Also try:
- unchecking "show game bar when i play..." @ last screenshot
- when setting compatibility, try older, not Windows 7
