Bug description:If you cast ice lance on aoe(hitting 2 targets) it gives +4 seconds on icy veins for every ice lance,it should give only 2 seconds

What he is trying to say is that you are getting 2 extra seconds from splitting ice talent and that is not supposed to happen. So confirmed.

You should only get the +2 seconds from one Ice Lance, regardless if you have the Splitting Ice talent or not. The "splitted" ice lance shouldn't count as a separate Ice Lance in relation to Thermal Void.

tested it this morning, i can confirm that ice lance from splitting ice gives you 2 extra seconds for icy veins.
