Bug description: When u cast root, or do some spell that makes u stop moving, u should continue reached point

in previous patch, i guess i were able to use ShadowStep and Displacer Beast while rooted. idk now... Rogues are really DONE when they're rooted. w/o cloak of shadows we just have to sit and watch.
we cant move at all. shadowstrike wont teleport us and shadowstep doesnt work cuz "we're rooted".

I think he meant getting rooted mid Charge/Leap...

Seems that rooting spells can just stop your Charge or Heroic leap from reaching the target, and that shouldn't happen.

about rogues getting rooted, its kinda dump if u just get rooted and then you're just shadow stepping and shadow striking all over the place, imagine beign in a boomkin's place u dont have mobility, not too much insta casts, u talent for mass entanglement u use that insta cast root and that rogue is still porting to you, all you can do honestly is die...
sorry to off topic abit but what he wanted to say if you heroic leap for example, you should still hit the destination if you get rooted on the way, not just fall down like a retard

Basically what Andromeda said. It should happen and I am pretty sure was working like this on retail since ever.
