Bug description : I finished the entire quest chain for the 3rd relic, my quest log is empty (No Monk Campaign quests available and the 3rd relic is still locked). I've submitted several tickets in-game but I didn't recieve any help. I've been waiting for 3 days.

You don't have The Hand of Keletress completed. Go to The Monkey King and take it from him.
