Warriors are severely broken here

The main idea is, Arms spec is absolute trash and Fury spec is ridiculously over buffed.
I've tested both specs, same ilvl (845), same number if artifact traits etc...
To say the results are shocking is a severe understatement, Arms (FR build) managed around 210k dps in burst and 150k sustained on single target, Fury however did a ridiculous 450k burst and 240k sustained.
Now we all know Arms was way ahead Fury in single target dps in 7.1.5 retail.
This has not just made me almost delete my warrior i've wasted time leveling and stuff, but put me off all other classes.
How the hell are we supposed to play this game when a god damn fury warrior does more damage than most classes with 20 item levels higher? This is not some minor thing, this is game breaking and Fury dmg is either 80% higher than it should be or the other classes/specs are extremely nerfed for some reason.

Damages were fixed according to blizz values. No custom buffs were made to any class. Arms will be better in future patches.
