Bug description: Cloak isnt removing those traps/dots.

Lacerate, Steel Trap and Caltrops SHOULD NOT be removed, they are BLEED effects and not Magic effects (same as it does not remove feral bleeds, or warrior bleeds). will check the rest.

dragonfire grenade school is physical, i check it some time ago bcs it was applied through dk ams, so i don't think's it's a bug(it's like fury war artefact spell i think but ranged - it can be dodged/parried) but then again it might be wrong maybe you cancheck on retail ?
