[FIXED] [Hunter] [All specs] Freezing Trap Limit

Bug description: Freezing trap limit doesn't work. It says you can have only one freezing trap, but there was a time when I managed to get 3 of them in 1 minute and then I realized the bug.

I was using survival spec when I got the screenshots, but I tested it on all 3 specs today and the bug works the same way on all of them.

i told someone to post this bug.. well at least someone else did

yea you can have just 1 trap active at a time, and this can be abused on survival at least so i won't say more
