Hi, my friend have CAS error and this methods from this page https://forum.wow-freakz.com/WoW-Legion-client-t452441.html doesn't work

There are 2 solutions and they work 100%

"The CAS system was unable to initialize / failed to create storage component / shared memory file data/data/shmem / E_STORAGE_INIT" = Remove read-only from the Data folder.

"The CAS system was unable to initialize / failed fetching the CDN configuration file / E_NOT_AVAILABLE" = Try deleting the config folder from the Data folder and extract the config folder from this archive instead

The only way to fix that error is to Remove the read-only attribute from the Data folder.

Every player did that.

That error is strictly from READ ONLY attribute, he didn't do it correctly
