Bug description:
Nether tempest - doesnt proc missiles on cast at all, it should. The splash aoe from the dot can proc missiles, it shouldnt.
Arcane orb - doesnt proc missiles on cast at all, it should. The on hit part seems to work.
tested supernova also just to be sure, that one works fine.

Proof: For NT i dont feel its needed, just go to dummy and spam NT 1 year, you'll never see a proc.
Proof that orb should have a chance to generate (19% in my case with trait) missiles on cast and on hit, go to 6:19, he has 1 am proc, he will do barrage then cast orb, he gains 1 am proc on the orb cast, then another when the orb hits. And no, one of the procs was not generated by barrage because on retail barrage generates on cast like every other spell, not on hit like it does on this server.

I think that chance depend about number of target you're hitting with you NT and AO. Obviously, you have a very low chance on a Single target than 3-4 target hitted at the same time. Go in orgrimmar and try NL on dummies. I tried it now without talent and chance is low only on single target. With aoe damage i got over 3-4 procs with a single NL. Arcane Orb.. yes it have low chance also on multi target

You make 0 sense, Nether tempest should have a chance to proc missiles when you CAST it. Do i really have to make a video of me spamming NT a million times with no procs? If missiles proc from the splash damage of nether tempest thats a bug, it shouldnt.
