Wow stuck at background process

I was playing in this server around 2/3 weeks (legion). Yesterday i was playing my dh and then dc before server restart, it was 4 mins remains before the server restart. after waiting around 30mins i though this server was down, but when i check the website, server uptime is around 30mins. then i re-open the wow and nothing happens, stuck at the background process around 5-10mins then this messages come up

i have try any methods to repair this, but no one can fix this error. thanks *sorry for my bad englis

No idea what's causing this..... (other than blizzard updating their content delivery servers/files causing issues for us)
