Bug description: Elemental summoned does low dmg like 18k per hit...it should hit like 60k per hit at 847 ilvl ...around 300k total

Exactly does 4 times less, accurate guess.

It does 50% SP damage instead of 200%.

Actually I just realized by going on retail: the elemental has two spells. One is chain lightning (which does 50% and he casts it when there are multiple targets => on youtube videos it did around 15k in pvp per cast), and then he also uses Lightning Blast (which does 200% and he uses it on solo targets).

I have changed the script: if the elemental has more than 3 targets close to each other (meaning 4 and more), it will cast Chain Lightning (resulting in a higher dps in AoE fights, since 4 * 50% = 200%, so anything more than 4 targets will deal more than 200%), but if he has LESS targets, he'll stick to using Lightning Blast (so the minimum is 200% per cast).

Also enabled crit, and the elemental now properly inherits the player's crit chance
