Bug description: The greater fire elemental deals only 117 damage with its main spell, Fire Blast while the regular fire elemental, without the primal elementalist talent deals 100k per fire blast. Also the regular fire elemental deals ~1.8m during its duration while the greater one deals ~400k.

Confirmed.

Primal Elementalist talent should give 80% damage increase to the normal fire elemental.
