Bug description: this enchant should give u 600 mastery but it only 300 mastery

Enchant Neck - Mark of the Trained Soldier should give 600 mastery but it is only 300!

i uploaded every single slot from my inventary, so u can check it by urself.
i will write all mastery down from items that i got.

head: 1082 m
neck: 1381 m (without the enchant)
shoulders: 0 m
back: 534 m
chest: 929 m
wrists: 0 m
weapon: 795 m
hands: 706 m
waist: 443 m
legs: 911 m
shoes: 699 m
ring1: 1114 m + 200 enchant = 1314
ring2: 200 enchant
trinket 1: 0 m
trinket 2: 345 m


all together is: 9339
overall mastery from my druid: 9639
the neck enchant just gives 300 mastery as u can see. 9639-9339 = 300 mastery

So the difference between having neck and not having neck is 12.712-10.612 = 2100.
2100 != 2400, that's exactly 300 mastery that's missing from the https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=141909&&name=enchant-neck-mark-of-the-trained-soldier .
