After this fix, sometimes let's say you have 2 charges and you are using rake, you still gonna have 2 charges and rake it's not doing damage increase. If you press it again and again it will take 1 stack and the damage increase will work.
So the chance it's not 100% to consume that buff.

LE: I think i found the problem. If i have rake already on target, and i refresh it, the buff doesn't go off.

Might be cuz of that fix too. Also is happening with other spells as well not only rake, and i think was fine before.

Confirmed. Sometimes abilities are ignoring the Bloodtalons buff.

*UPDATE: Check it after first FB, Shred doesn't use the BL buff.
