Bug description: After a server crash, i abandoned and retook the quest. After taking the portal to the ship, the NPC (Sky Admiral Rogers) that is supposed to walk with you until the end isnt visible, i can still click on the cannon to finish that objective but i can't salute the legion dragoons as the button doesnt appear. I already tried clearing cache/wtf and a GM suggested i post this here.

It works. Just abandon the quest and retake it again

Already did several times, been trying everything for the past 2 weeks.
