Details: (optional) Im unable to unlock third relic slot after complete all class hall missions. Currently i have no possible to accept or get from any npc from my class hall further quests. I did already 2 "class hall missions quest" and still i have no unlocked third relic.

Try delete wow cache and relog also change specs to see if it gets unlocked .

Make sure you have completed the artifact questline use the Quest helper https://www.wow-freakz.com/database.php

Make a ticket ingame if it is not solved yet. I cant help with quest problems you have not completed
