Bug description: When it procs it also reduces racial spells, potion's cd,active's trinket CD's.
Proof: Just have any warrior procs it and watch it reduce cd of everything that has ACTIVE cooldown. In this video https://youtube.com/watch?v=TDh5Vzd9NqA:

go to 1minute and when his odyn champion procs you'll see that his active trinket cd is not being reduced while battle cry next to it IS.
