Bug description: According to WoWHead it should be possible to turn in quest to one of those 3 NPCs: High Overlord Saurfang, Garrosh Hellscream, Vol'jin, depending on what stage of lvling we are. If you're 110 there is Vol'jin in Grommash Hold, however it's impossible to turn in quest to him, Garrosh and Saurfang are nowhere to be found.

Saurfang is there but he doesn't finish the quest, i can even see him in the mini map.
