[REJECTED] [Return to Karazhan] If you wipe after killing mana devourer, you cant continue

Bug description: If you get killed after killing mana devourer (and you've already killed Nightbane) you can't continue because there's no way to grow up again.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/6Edqn As you can see i screenshot the whole room and our group was stuck there.
Bonus bug: After we killed "boss" mana devourer and we grew up and killed the "thrash" mana devourer, we died out of nowhere. I have no screenshot to prove it unfortunately, but that is what caused all of this.
