[Mining] Hellfire Citadel: Hellfire and Brimstone

Bug description: I completed the quest "The Brimstone's Secret" Quest ID 39817, and on completion it appeared to auto-accept the next quest which is "Hellfire Citadel: Hellfire and Brimstone" Quest ID 39830, however the Hellfire Citadel quest is not in my quest log, therefore I can not abandon it, and because Hellfire Citadel does not work, I can not complete it either.

I still have the quest but have not tried doing hfc again yet.

Just to update, now done HFC, got the codex and completed the quest but all this time the quest didn't show in my log, now have infernal brimstone mining rank 3.
