aoe and pvp flag

Bug description: My pvp flag is off. If I use any aoe skills on my warrior(or other class), while other faction players with active pvp flags near, I have my pvp flag active instantly. That's annoying. Only direct spells or active pvp option must trigger pvp flag on me.
