Hello, when are you planning on having premium vote shop again with race/faction changes available to purchase with points?

Hello. We usually use the premium thing when there is no already ongoing advertising like we have now (premium @voting sites, banners, ads, etc). We'll continue like this for a while too, so not too soon

Do you ever do discounts in the vote shop? or free points/$ to players for special occasions?

Free points, sometimes on special ocasions, holidays or anniversary. $ never for free, only discounts on almost same ocasions.
