Bug description: All three rares can be spawned with specific items:
Akrrilo Minor Blackfang Challenge Totem
Rendarr Major Blackfang Challenge Totem
Eyepiercer Prime Blackfang Challenge Totem
These items can be bought from Z'tenga the Walker
The problem is that you can't use these items even if you are in arena.

Here is how you can summon them:
Collect Blackfang Claw which drop from mobs in the Fang'rila area.
Find Z'tenga the Walker at the entrance to Fang'rila 55.2,74.8

Buy Challenge Totem. Each totem can summon 1 champion:
Akrrilo Minor Blackfang Challenge Totem = 5 Blackfang Claw
Rendarr Major Blackfang Challenge Totem = 10 Blackfang Claw
Eyepiercer Prime Blackfang Challenge Totem = 25 Blackfang Claw
Use totem at coordinates 54.3,81.0

1 out of the 3 mobs is spawned, although he should be summoned by one of those items, and the other 2 npcs can't be summoned.
