[Mage] Marquee's bindings' rare interraction with hot streak.

Bug description: This buff above can proc from pyro hardcast if you have hot streak buff on you. The following scenario happened to me 3 times before so i am certain it's true. Got heating up+kael'thas->hardcast pyroblast+fire blast mid cast to chain 2 pyroblasts afterwards-> the first pyro(hardcast) gives me kael'thas (which it shouldn't but it only happens when i have hot streak on me) then the second instant pyro consumes both kael'thas and hot streak but does normal damage. This can be subject of a slight dps increase, but it's happening really rarely.

I am not sure I understand what you are trying to say but from what I understand that is normal. You should be able to chain 2 pyroblasts 1 hardcast and 1 instant. Hardcast one should benefit from bracers and 2nd should not.

That was just a side note, the problem here is that wrists' effect can proc from a hardcast pyroball if you have hot streak buff on you at the end of the castm i think i was pretty clear though.

It is rather hard to reproduce due to the low chance proc. I explained 2 times already how it happens, pretty clearly too, just read the main post.

When you get marquee proc, get a hot streak up while hardcasting the pyro and marquee will proc again from that hardcasted pyro, right?

Oh, I get it now. Basically what happens is that in the normal bracer proc rotation of hardcasting pyro> fire blast> 2x pyro chaincast, the Marquee buff looks like it procs again then dissapears. To me it looks like a little visual bug.

No what i understand is that you dont have to have bracer proc but it can proc from hard cast pyro if you have hot streak, so you can fish for proc...

I don't know if it's just visual. Also, i said that it can be exploited(unless it's just a visual bug) but now that i further think about it it'd be extremely hard due to the low chance to occur and not so much worth. Overall this isn't an important bug but it drew my attention a few times and decided to report it.

Ok so I had this happen by doing as you said: getting a bracer proc > heating up> fireblast> then not casting the insta pyro after the hardcasted one and I got another bracer proc from the hardcasted pyro.

So confirmed.

Although, this bug doesn't happen all the time. It only happened to me once while testing extensively. If you can exploit this to do imba awesome dps, then gg, you deserve it you lucky bastard.
