Buffing respawn rates in Dalaran Sewers

The addition of the Sigtless eyes farm is great, but since not all the features have been added, don't you think that it would be better to buff the respawn rates to make it easier to get the Ratstallion mount?
Right now you need about 300+ kills to get 20k eyes, which is nuts if you consider that only the last hit on the rare counts and this makes grieffing really easy.
Currently there's only one player that has the achievement for the mount.

Tell us exactly which features missing, make a calculation of how would those features improve the farm and estimate how much should we increase it, and we'll maybe consider it

Huh where to start.
Most of the links will probably be from forums and youtube, so don't take it for granted.

This is a link from the Legion pre-patch, although it seems nothing has changed down the road.

Now, currently on Wow-freakz, we can kill rares to get Sightless eyes, but the problem is that only the person that hits the mob last gets the currency. I did farm this with a group, but we were in a raid, so maybe that's why we weren't able to kill each other, but I doubt it.

The guards can't be bribed, the main guard has just an anvil when you mouse over him, and some text that I didn't bother to read. This means that if you even did implement the chests and the PvP, there wouldn't be a "good" cycle of content, a bloodbath in short, and a lot of lagg.

In my first link there are a couple of rare mobs that aren't present on Wow-freakz and all, and I mean all, I tested them personaly, items don't work. They are just a waste of a currency.

This is lazy on my part, but I didn't really record the respawn times of the rares. Now the rares don't drop the same amount of Sightless eyes, which is blizzlike. We have 4 rares right now, Mana, Thief, Rat and Mage, so if we take on average that they drop 65 we get 260 per run. Yeah, ~77 runs to get 20K. Nuts, right.

Although I need to point out that Mana, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=woF8LNE_14A , has a shorter down time than the other rares, he takes half the time to spawn, maybe third. (P.S. In the Mana video we see a buffed rare, using the purchasable wand, you increase it's health by 200% and dmg by 30%, so don't go around buffing the rares).

On the above mentioned patch notes, there isn't any mention of The Underbelly, so I've been using what's been added at the start of Legion.

I honestly don't know what direction you will take , but something has to be improved, either buffing the respawn rates of the rares, or adding the missing content. Since I don't know the current rates I can't give you a suggestion.
