Bug description: I walk along side this Vengeful Forsaken to the location of the quest, but nothing happens! Why??? And what should i do? Cuz i'm now stuck in this quest. And i don't have any new one. I'm only lvl17.

It does not seem to be bugged. Speaking of questing, you should not worry about running out of quests in Tirisfal Glades, since at your level you can go elsewhere.
