Bug description: Binding Heal is a Single-Target heal and it should refresh [renew] on 3 target's when u take [Enduring Renewal] talent (talent level 15)

cant make a video just test it out
step1: take [Enduring Renewal] and [Binding Heal] talent (level 15 and 75)
step2: renew on Yourself, Your Target and Someone Near
step3: cast [Binding Heal] on target

u can see renew get no refresh for no one but it should refresh renew on Yourself, Your Target and Someone Near in ur party
thx for supporting and i hope u check this out ASAP becuz the only reason a priest take [Binding Heal] talent is to use renew refreshing ability.
