Bug description: Now it`s proc corectly just from initial rampage , but what WARMASTER993 said is not fixed. On our server stay 2-3 sec with 12 stacks and on retail never reach them ...

(it procs on 6:10 goes up to 11stacks (not 12stacks) and ends at 6:21 which means it only gave 11stack in 11sec which is also a bug because it should be 12sec lasting with 12 stacks. I've checked some other vidoes of retail pve warrior fury even on 7.3 and it still remained 11stacks in 11sec afterwards it ends, never hits 12stack or last 12sec. IT seems that this spell isnt working properly on retail too or i am missing something?

I just didn't believe it, and had no time to check it on retail. I have fury warrior as well there, so I just checked it now, seems to be correct. Fixed, live already
