Bug description: Spell proc correctly now just from initial rampage , but what WARMASTER993 said is not fixed. He shouldn`t reduce racial spells, potion's cd,active's trinket CD's

Bug description: When it procs it also reduces racial spells, potion's cd,active's trinket CD's.

go to 1minute and when his odyn champion procs you'll see that his active trinket cd is not being reduced while battle cry next to it IS.
