Can't Log in Disconnected due to [BLZ5190306]

as title of topic say error not give me access to log in game due to this error code...I tried everything to do to get possible access log in game but all my tried fall to water because it show me still same result!
I tried to: Delete addons possible of out date and maybe cause error but nothig help!
tried to: Delete interface,cache and WTF folders and replace by new one also tired with "Old" still is same
Tried to: follow step from : Wow legion client download steps at section "error at launch" https://forum.wow-freakz.com/WoW-Legion-client-download-t452441.html and still nothing!
Tried to:Disable/enable antivirus and firewall to check do them cause anything to log in but nothing happen error show up at any time
And tried to delete completely Wow game and install new and nothing this code show me all time and no any chance i can log in!

Unfortunately I haven't this error before, I don't even know what it means, I can't find it in the list of possible errors...

I tried all to do and not any chane will left me to play tried to fix ports and still same always show me that 51xxx306 error and if can't fix then can't play freakz wow so that mean for me bye wow

same as im baned but not...only left to change internet provide and se some other internet if had same experience maybe!

tried on monster show me same i will check one more other server and see if had same 51 xxxx 306 then will change internet provider i will post result how goes soon!

if did it how need! but was on connected didn't show me 51xxx306 but also no log ing game...

Do it again and press screenshot shortly after you hit login ingame (don't wait for ingame error to appear, switch to tcpview fast)

you need se those green and red and yellow show up i will try my best but have a lot files thats why can't see them all but i can made multi screen shoot if can help!

I know erly there some program where other player can be on your computer same as you are on it maybe we can try that way and you can check by self ? think found program and it's team viewer

Im think this is possible two reason for this code to show up is maybe windows missing some part in system or hard disk had some his error weak,old etc... or internet provider block it or anything similar!
