Bug description: it only stack 11 times, so it don't give you the last 3% of haste + crit
Proof: starting to 16% crit, i watched that trait procs on me and i reached 49% crit. i should have reached 52% crit.
To reproduce that, let that trait proc and watch, you will only have +33% haste+crit.
