Bug description: Sometimes you should get high ilvl items from arenas , not only +5/10 ilvls. Right now the minimum ilvl on blizzard is 905 if im not wrong. As you will see in my screenshots, that guy already done his 10 wins/1200 honor, so that item is not from weekly quest, and he got a 925 item (20 items over 905). On freakz i never saw an item from arena higher than 850 (95% were 840, 4% were 845 and only 1% 850). I can confirm cuz once in a while im playing on retail, and you gear up from items that drops randomly, not only from quest ones.

Also the upgrade chance feels really really really small. You can check that guy stream and u can see 99% of the time he gets items higher than 905.

I like how you guys always dramatize when you want something "fixed" in your favor and throw random numbers there... because fuck yeah, we're doing fixes by random numbers/proof. I actually went ahead and checked your char @ pvp items you got in the last 1 month+, and this is what I saw:

95% is the same thing as 82% right? Or 4% = 12%...

The chances are not exactly the same, but that's normal because:
1. Your stats are based on 73 items while his stats are based on 636 items. To have an accurate statistic you need as much as possible, in our situation probably 500-1000 items, 73 is far too low to jump to conclusions BUT nonetheless it seems it's actually quite acurate.. as you can see your titanforged (+25 ilvl chance) seems even higher
2. .... it's RNG.


Long story short: DROPS ARE FINE! If blizzard has any secret bonus roll for arenas that we don't know about, well, it sucks, but we don't do any custom fixes just because you say so and rage here

I will try to find some proof but is not working good because you say it so. Anyone that plays retail and is doing pvp can see the difference. The drop is bugged , even if you like it or not, hopefuly there will be any notes about the drop/hidden drop chance.

I do play retail and I do play PvP and you DO NOT gear up from random drops. They are maybe good at the beginning, but the gear found there is barely usable. You get iLvl 900 stuff from world quests on Argus, and you get 905 gear from random drop ONLY if you are honor level 40+.
The lowest rating from quest drops = highest honor level random drops

If you have 0 rating, you'll get a piece of iLvl 905 gear for the quest, and you'll get 905 from random drops if you are above honor level 40.

It's the same for us. The lowest rating Quest reward is 840, the highest honor level random drops are iLvl 840. It's the same here as well.

The upgrade chance for WF/TF was not just a wild guess, we actually looked at statistics conducted by many people to determine the results. There is no bad luck protection or anything on retail regarding WF/TF, sometimes I get 6-7 pieces of NO UPGRADE in a row, sometimes I get 3x +20-25 in a row, it's RNG, get used to it and stop crying. Shocker explained to you far more detailed than I would've and you still cry, because you think you know these things better. Confirming your own post saying "hurr durr I play retail, I must be correct" means absolutely nothing to us, because on a daily basis, we get tons of reports with the proof "I play retail => I must be right" and dozens of those reports turn to be utter fails.
