Bug description: Heart strike still forces pvp on when it hits players as secondary targets. I tried it just now three times at a world quest rare. I don't have any other aoe or trinkets that i used. All the other aoe abilities seem to work fine regarding pvp on issues.
Proof: I can't make videos because my pc is too shitty.

Heart Strike is a different type of "AOE" spell, it's a chain spell, I forgot about those, fixed
