[REJECTED] Artifact weapon is grey and cant open traits window

Bug description: When i try to (shift+rclick) my artifact weapon its supposed to open the traits window but instead it does nothing. The weapon is always grey as if the window. It happens on all my characters. It started happening like 2 days ago.I wrote a ticket and i recieved a ticket saying to delete cache(as usual). Ive tried it at least 10 times. I just log back in it works the first time in try it and then it stays grey. It doesnt always stay grey also. Sometimes i can just click it and see my traits but mostly it stays grey. Now idk what magic you guys do but pleeeeease dont delete my artifact weapon. I already got my bm weapon deleted on my hunter and you guys said (we cant recover). So if something happens dont recover it. Generate it. I will post pics of everything.
