Bug description: Ok so here is how your "Fixes" on AOE work,and how you destroy classes,watch what you do please,this *** trait is 20% chance on proc,watch screenshots,1 PROC on 20 casts,what the *** are we playing? is this a joke?Fixing this trait on aoe doesnt mean to make it 5% proc on single target,and dont tell me this is all RNG cuz its *** up since you "fixed" i get 1 proc per boss fight its useless,before aoe fix it worked on single target PERFECTLY and was real 20%

There was another topic about this which got rejected, main class dev already said its 20%. The answer you'll get is probably RNG....

Yes that was mine post i think,and i dont think its RNG,THEIR ANTI BAD LUCK SYSTEM for procs just might suck and they need to fix it idc but this isnt working properly,something is bugged,full donor 899 warr getting 400k dps is bugged believe me

Well if there is a thing like anti bad luck for procs then you need to explain it or something. Im used to this crap by now anyway, i feel the pain you feel, i can show you a picture of me casting 41 arcane blasts @ dummy with 28% crit chance on character, and only getting 3 crits out of those 41 casts, which is a solid 1 min and 20 seconds of casting. Final crit chance for that test on arcane blast was 7.3% and im rocking 28% in char sheet, i have screen shots and all. But nothing i can do about it, i just get told its RNG.

Edit: I think i've heard of this anti bad luck on procs before but only for rppm based ones i think. If a proc uses flat % chance dont think it applies.

I definitely agree that the rng is always WAY below what percentages you have, like stupidly inaccurate. I understand there should be some room for error cause its rng after all, but not like this. You cant really do anything either, you cant even prove *something's not quite right* lel, you just have to accept it or you'll end up rage quitting.

To report a bug is one thing but to disrespect in your bug report is another and is NOT needed. Just report your bug and move on. Deal with it for the time being. You only make yourself look stupid using cuss words in your bug report. You are playing for FREE here and the devs fix things for you. So be grateful. Have some respect. An error or unforeseen issue could have happened. Not a big deal.

I'm so tired of you guys. There's 20% chance on cast for Rampage, that's all. Anti bad luck is only for RPPM, this IS NOT *** RPPM. It's 20% chance and that's all. It can proc 3 times in a row, then it maybe won't proc for 20 casts. Not my problem. Just because you were abusing the living shit out of a broken spell, that's on you guys, not on me.

I just did this. 23 casts => 7 procs.

It was okay to create a report to try to cry back you bugged spell, but this is the 15th post already, and that's just simply disrespectful towards me, and on that account, may it be a force or not, I will seriously start banning.

@Pinocchio Evreiesc you are the other gem seriously, I showed you in that post my results as well. RNG is not supposed to be "accurate", who the heck makes statistics based on 43 casts? Cast it minimum 10k times, I might call that "statistics". It is supposed to be random. End of discussion
