[REJECTED] Talixae Flamewreath [Court of Stars]

Bug description: We were doing Mythic 19 Keystone with Raging, Overflowing and Fortified affixes. On second phase Talixae Flamewreath is spawning http://www.wowhead.com/npc=112668/infernal-imp, Imps are affected with Raging and Fortified. It is impossible to kill this boss because of this bug, Imps are hitting way too hard.

i can prove that because i was there,it's just impossible to do,we have 1 of the best healer and tank+3 dps with 700-800k dps on single,so group is amazing,please fix it because its just impossible

Edit: We managed to kill the boss, but it was really hard, nearly impossible.

I was the tank in that group, the idea with high level court of stars is that imps from the second boss are affected by the fortified affix and raging(i am not sure if they should have raging , add spawned by bosses in m+ dungeons).
One important problem is that the imps are casting https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=224377&&name=drifting-embers and this spell should be interuptable with aoe silence like https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=25046&&name=arcane-torrent (arcane torrent but right now it's working only with single target intertupts or solar beam from boomkins and we should be able to stun every single mob on every dungeon with aoe or single target spells like on retail.
This is a serious problem for some m+ affixes like raging when you just can't stun at all any enraged mob.

That's because the imps currently have default boss immunities, when they shouldn't.

All mobs in cos/votw/arcway have default boss immunities, i believe this was posted before in the legion dungeons thread, don't know why they haven't done anything about it yet, seems pretty important to me.
