Bug description: The damage is lower than the tooltip states ,going at about a 26% decrease,even if the decrease comes from armor,it's still too low
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/uNlNN You can see That the tooltip states 141,760 and the spell itself deals an average of 95,881 which is about a 26 maybe 27% increase.

Dummies and NPCs have armor you know. most of the npcs that have the same level as you do, have around 25-35% armor. Physical damage (such as mortal strike) is reduced by armor, and that is NOT calculated into the tooltip. The tooltip can only calculate using YOUR buffs/debuffs, there is no way it could calculate with the target's buffs/debuffs/armor/versatility, etc. Those will always reduce the damage compared to the tooltip
