Bug description: Focused Rage should work like a multiplier instead of giving MS a straight 90% increase on it's base damage. Meaning it should work something like this 141,760 * 0.3 = 184,288 (1st stack) 184,288*0.3 = 239,57 (2nd stack) 239,574*0.3 = 311,446.72 instead of the current 141,760*0.9 = 269,344 leading to a huge Arms Warrior decrease in DPS output.
