Can't start Wow because of this error please help

I have resolve my problem it was a proxy problem I disabled it and now I can play WoW again

I think you are using proxy go to web browser > settings > in search settings type Proxy > open proxy settings > lan settings > untick use proxy thats how I did it ... hope this helps BTW I am using google chrome

Hm, that's interesting. Can you show us screenshot of this proxy settings? Are those the general computer proxy settings or browser specific settings?
