Orderhall chain

Can't remember where i actually left off at. But i do remember getting the 2nd horseman for the orderhall chain. after that, nothing has shown up. where do i go to continue the quest line?

dont remember well too but some helpers :

* try to go to dalaran and remove mount if NPC show up it ll give u a quest
* part of a questline was in athari? or somewhere there ... check if u dont have quest in that location
* if u got 3 slot relic item then its end of the line
