Bug description: Flamecannon should stack up to 5 and then continue to refresh every 2 seconds and stay at 5 stacks until you move beyond its 5 sec duration/2 sec refresh......currently after reaching 5 stacks, it stops refreshing and goes again from 1 stack even if u stand still, which makes it almost completely useless.

- older beta,but can still clearly see it refresh, only thing that changed is stacking from 3 to 5
