Bug description: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=163201 always reduces the remaining cooldown of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=1719 for 1 sec. Should reduce the remaining cooldown for 1-4 secs depends on rage used (10-40)

Confirm. Right now it's not worth using execute during battle cry at all, beside this issue it also does extremely low dmg(only during battle cry).

Confirmed. it only happens with execute when you spend more than 10 energy on it. The rest of the interactions works fine.

The legendary ring although is not consuming any rage when casting the execute proc it still decreases the cd by 1 sec.
