Bug description: Losing stacks on both cast and successful hit. Making it 2x weaker than supposed.

You can easily notice how he loses the stacks upon use of voidbolt, not both on use and the actually hit of the voidbolt. On our server you lose them on both.
Cannot post freakz video coz of PC being old enough to not be able to record and play.
