Bug description: Ready to pick up Artifact research notes disappeared after server crash

So Basically i had 18 artifact Knowledge level and i had artifact research noted ready to pick up so i went and picked them
up so artifact Knowledge level is now 19 then server crashed after i log in i am still 18 artifact Knowledge level and there are no Artifact research notes to pick up even in mail so can u help me out?
