It's description (copied from there):

"Details: I completed the achievement "Higher Learning" and received the book/toy but not the pet, you are suppose to receive both. I opened a ticket and was told to post it here. It's not lost but i did not get it in the first place. Looking at your site, it seems the achievement is bugged and only gives the book/toy. I have double checked with a lot of databases and the pet is still suppose to be a reward together with the book/toy.

Asked many player ingame how-to, but in the end we figured out, that its simply bugged.
