Bug description:The quest doesn't start at all the NPC Lord Maxwell Tyrosus doesn't have any q for me (a GM confirmed that i missed the quest but I cannot take the quest at all!
Proof:
You can see in the link below that i got a ticket response from a GM and he told me that i missed the quest BUT the NPC didn't gave it to me at all!! I also completed almost every trait as you can see!
