[REJECTED] [Mechanic] Broken Isles Events (Stars on the mini-map)

Bug description:

Here comes a bug that many players will hate me for posting it:

Every event on the broken isles should give its rewards to players only ONCE per character In other words, when you walk to a star on the mini-map and complete the event, you should receive its reward(s). After completing the event, the star will disappear from the mini-map (for that specific character) and he will never be able to get the rewards for that kill ever again, on that character.

-the events are saved per character so you can do the same event on multiple characters;
-event mobs that haven't been killed should have a silver dragon on their portret and those that have been killed shouldn't have it;
-the mechanic is similar to timeless chests on the timeless isle;
-if you have previously completed such an event and there is a world quest for it, only the world quest reward(s) will be given;
-loot for the events should use the personal loot system (if you are a leather user and you solo-kill an event mob you should only receive leather) - should be further tested;
-all events should reward Order Resources (from what I've noticed it's usually 70, but I've seen 85 too) - should be further tested;

I am posting this because it is currently possible to exploit such events in order to get their reward multiple times, e.g. Order Resources, farming blue gear for shards, etc.

Proof:

In this screenshot it can be seen that I killed Perrex, gained his loot (trash+ 70 Order Resources) and his star disappeared from the minimap.

After 4 minutes, I came back to see Perrexx spawned. He didn't have a silver dragon on his portrait anymore and there was no star on the mini-map on his position.

When looting Perrexx, I got no Order Resources (his normal reward), just random trash loot.

I have to mention, that in a previous session (a couple of months ago, I killed it and got its normal reward, 70 Order Resources and https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=140934&name=benax)

I approached Anax, he had no silver dragon, so he should have no reward. His star wasn't on the mini-map either.

As expected, no loot from Anax's usual loot table.

- the mob has a "summoning ritual";

I approached the event. The star can be seen on the mini-map.

As expected, when I killed it, I got the rewards for the kill and the star disappeared from the mini-map.

If I will try to kill it again, I will not get any rewards anymore.

P.S. All mobs were tested on the Legion PTR(7.3.2) on 22 oct 2017, but as far as I know, no changes have been brought to this event mechanic in future patches (from 7.1.5). I agree that the proof I brought is hardly conclusive since it's hard to extrapolate 2-3 events to everything, but if you jump to test on the live servers, you will see that such events reward players only 1 time/character. (And I believe that the rewards should have a 100% drop chance since they are doable only once).
