[REJECTED] legendary feet for hunt MM bugged, didnt work

Well legendary feet for hunt MM : Ullr's Feather snowshoes just do nothing, nothing make true shot cooldown shorter. Please fix that legendary item just nothing happen when i wear it and attack. I testing it a lots of time and it should make trueshot cooldown lower when i use attack skills but it didnt, this legendary bis for hunt just do nothing. https://imgur.com/a/4U86l its that legendary.
