Bug description: The NPC allows you to receive the quest "To The Hilt" twice instead of each quest being limited to a faction. The Wowhead link does show a different starting NPC, but the quest does have multiple starting points in the WOW-Freakz server to include Hatefury Channeler Bunny (fountain) who is no longer part of the Blizzard servers. The quest can be completed as is.
